Questions people ask

How do I pay?

Pay securely on Paystack with a bank card or mobile money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo). We never see or store your card details or PIN. Your receipt is sent to the email you enter at checkout.

What is the deposit option?

For purchases, and optionally for stays and tours, you can pay a deposit to hold your choice. Our team then contacts you to agree the balance and next steps.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If we cannot deliver what you paid for you are refunded in full, and most bookings can be cancelled with a refund up to 48 hours before they start. The full terms are on our Terms & refunds page.

How do I list my property, car or tour?

Use the "List with us" page: choose what you are listing, add details and photos, and send it. Our team reviews every request and contacts you before anything goes live.

Can I talk to someone before I book?

Always. Use the live chat on this website, send us a WhatsApp message, or call. A real person from the Menscot team replies.
