What we collect

When you create an account, book, pay, list a property, car or tour, or chat with us, we collect the details you type in: name, email, phone number, a password (stored only in scrambled form, we cannot read it), and your messages and photos. We keep your orders and requests in your account so you and we have a record. When you visit the site, standard analytics (Google Analytics) record anonymous information such as pages viewed and device type.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiries, process bookings and payments, send receipts, review listing requests, and improve the website.

Payments

Card and mobile money details are entered on Paystack's secure page. We do not see or store them. We keep a record of the order and the payment reference.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the service (such as Paystack for payments and Google for analytics), or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us through the live chat, WhatsApp or email.

Cookies

We use cookies from Google Analytics. You can block them in your browser settings.
