Listings and prices
All prices are in Ghana cedis (GHS). We work to keep listings accurate, but availability can change quickly. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Paystack by card or mobile money. We never see or store your card or mobile money PIN. Where a deposit is shown, the remaining balance is agreed with you directly before the booking, rental or sale is completed.
Cancellations and refunds
If we cannot provide what you paid for, you receive a full refund. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the start date of a rental, stay or tour, you receive a refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs. Cancellations later than that, and no-shows, may be non-refundable. Deposits on vehicle or property purchases are refundable if the sale does not go ahead for reasons on our side. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 working days.
Rentals and stays
You are responsible for the vehicle or property while you hold it, and for damage beyond normal wear. A valid driving licence and ID are required for car rentals.
